We are spending this week in Maine as Bill does a study for the UCC church in Bristol. We have a magnificent view of the Damariscotta River from the house we are staying in.
We greatly enjoyed seeing so many BTS people at Terri Bracey's ordination in Frankfort on Sunday.
We arrived in Easthampton last Tuesday evening after driving 10,738 miles. We spent four nights with relatives, 10 nights in motels, and 36 nights in our trusty tent. We visited 35 national park sites. We thought that Mt. Ranier was the most beautiful of the parks and City of the Rocks was the least impressive. Fresh fruit was the food highlight of the trip. Our best campsites were in Washburn, WI on the shores of Lake Superior and Sula, MT (cold but beautiful). Our worst campsites were in Wolf Point, MT and Bayard, NB.

It was very special to check in with family and with friends in Fonda and Pomeroy, IA.

Overall, Bill thought the trip was practically perfect and Judy thought that it was about 2 weeks and 2 thousand miles too long.
The Untold Adventures of Super Grandpa: Because Grandpa was so busy on this trip, we cannot report all of his adventures. We are attaching pictures of some of the adventures, especially the critters that he (and Manga/Grandma) learned to ride.
